For each market: last week's high, low and close, how big the week was compared with the weeks before, and the untouched daily highs and lows that price may run for. Two scenarios each — not a prediction.
The plan is fixed on Monday. "This week so far" and the "This week" column update with every site update. These levels come from daily (D1) candles; each market page uses 4-hour candles, so the two pages can list different levels.
